"We regularly shop at the LaVista location. Mostly good experience except for the very rude and childish manager. I am retired and worked in customer service for years. She is extremely rude and need to have training to speak with customers without yelling and being condescending. I will NEVER shop at this location again. Please pull her off the floor for customer service training !"
"The place has been renovated but isn’t necessarily the neatest. Also, had a bad experience today with an employee. Super condescending and just plain rude to me. I also noticed her being especially rude to Hispanic customers. Over heard her speaking to another customer about them and saying “THEY be coming in and stealing”."
"Edit: after 2 years, I stopped in, and they've renovated, but it's still a mess. There was trash on the shelf. Ragu bottles and other spaghetti jars, some with no lids for $2.09!!! I go in here from time to time and have literally never found anything. The housewares and toy sections are always a disaster. I think I'll stick to other Goodwills and thrift stores and just avoid this one."
