"I took a trunkful of donations to your store today. A young man came out and handed me a receipt without saying a word. Then he brought out a cart and started to go back inside. I asked him if I was supposed to unload my items by myself. He said yes, then went back inside where he waited while I tried to fit everything on the cart. I have been donating to other Good Will stores for many years, but no more if this is the new policy. A senior citizen should not have to unload their car without help."
