"My nephew only attended this daycare for a few months. Within that time, he’s come home with diaper rash from being soiled too long at daycare. We are very much upset and can’t understand why this is so difficult for their staff to attend to. We all know that babies can get diaper rash from not being changed regularly. It’s also been stated that he needs to use his own products and at times he’s come home in diapers that weren’t his. For snack, they gave the toddlers mini Pop Tarts and Cheetos. What kind of daycare doesn’t regulate and promote healthy snack choices? They give parents a menu but make their own choices and don’t adhere to it. We are truly disappointed in our experience. It seems the staff has no code of ethics or standards when it comes to best practices. Social media must know about this."

"I had an opportunity to spend two days at the center. I was very impressed with the staff and the teachers, everyone was kind and friendly yet professional and hard working! The kids were a joy to work with and I can honestly say I had as much fun as the kids on this in-house field trip."

"My daughter has only been at this daycare for 2 weeks after leaving somewhere I wasn't at all satisfied with. I love it so far! She's clean when I pick her up, I love the schedule and when I do see the other children all of them look happy and like they are somewhere they want to be! The communication through the APP is amazing, teachers upload pictures throughout the day and I never have to guess what she ate or how long her nap was! The teachers are nice and welcoming! Love so far!"

"My 2 year old has attended this daycare since December 2020. I’m very pleased, and thankful for such great care. My daughter is thriving, and learning so much so quickly. Her teachers are awesome with communication, and making sure that she receives a quality curriculum as well. My daughter is doing so well with potty-training and loves the children in her class as well. This is not a childcare facility where the kids play with toys all day; they’re actually learning as well! I’m a first time parent, so I’m very hands on with my child’s development and have the normal anxiety of any parent. But this childcare facility has put my anxiety at ease, especially during this pandemic. They’re doing very well with preventative measures (temperature checks, hands washing, limited access, mask). I receive multiple pictures, lesson plans, meals, potty breaks, and any other communication daily through the school app. Which is very important for me to track my child’s progress :)! I’m very thankful and appreciative for an awesome staff, especially Ms.G and Ms. Christine. Thanks for all that you do, my family & I truly appreciate it :)!"

"I like the staff and the classrooms are relatively small compared to other programs. I do wish they had better retention, but I think it is the nature of working in childcare. There just isn't much financial gain and although I understand as an adult how important it is to feel adequately compensated for the work you do; I wish more could be done to secure staff that truly want to stay with the company so that the children have a little more consistency. The director and assistant director appear to work well together and anytime I have had a concern my concerns were addressed. The hours are great and my child seems to really like the teachers and his peers."
