"I first time talking my grandkids and the staff is great and they had a ball. It's a great place to take kids and let them run and jump"
"I would give this location 5 stars but there are a couple of things that need addressing. The positives are the amazing staff who are always courteous and helpful. The negatives are charging $300 and up for parties without balloons, without music in an outdated room. Lastly, the parents should be allowed to jump for no additional fee. Consider revamping your party packages that would better cater to families."

"My children were involved in a fight. We were visiting from out of town and my 11 year old was in a fight with another child- the staff was not attentive at all. I would like for the owner to call me asap. I have several videos of the staff dancing while not doing their jobs. This is madness."
