"Ms. Noni and her staff are true angels. My daughter was having behavioral issues at another daycare before I found Oak Leaf School. They worked to teach her coping mechanisms that have honestly been life changing for both of us. They also worked diligently to prepare her academically for Kindergarten. My daughter just received her first kindergarten progress report and was at or above where she needed to be in all areas. Further, Ms. Noni helped me find a tuition free charter Montessori school to enroll my daughter in for kindergarten. I cannot express my appreciation enough for the support that OLS has given to our family."
"OLS is a wonderful school. My son was there for almost two years before starting pre-k and his teachers were amazing. Mrs. Noni and Ms. Chantal make the children feel loved and understood, perfect way to build a child’s confidence in school."
"My child has been attending Oakleaf school for six months now. When she first started she did not talk much at all and was just coming off of a pacifier. Within six months of her being at Oakleaf she is speaking clearly, saying sentences, READING, and knows her letters her numbers and so many other little things. This program is excellent, my 3 year old is thriving in every aspect. She's even taught me some sign language she's learned. All of the teachers are welcoming to the students and you can tell they really like working there. Ms Noni (the Director) is AMAZING, she has a way with kids that I've never seen. Very caring and loving. I have seen with my own eyes how hard Ms Noni works for her students. I waited three years before I put my child in daycare/school because I did not know who to trust. Oakleaf is honestly the best place for a kid to thrive! I am so grateful that we found this school!"
"going to make this straight to the point as possible as a first time mom and going through this process this school has made it super difficult. They lack communication, any updates or changes they will not notify you but they will sure take your money. My son wasn’t able to start do to this reason. I receive CAPS but was still told to pay out of pocket by Noni the “director” and we are not supposed to pay any fees when receiving CAPS. She then told me that I couldn’t get a refund. Not to mention she told me she had space for my son and a week after I paid my registration fee she told me he couldn’t start due to someone taking his spot. My issue was why would you not state that before I paid my money had I known he would be waitlisted, then I wouldn’t have enrolled. She then proceeded to say she was waiting on a background check from a new teacher and that was almost 2 weeks ago, proving my point that they lack communication. On top of them never answering the phone or emails in a timely manner, they are never in the office whether it be due to a “short day” or them low on staff but it’s still unacceptable. Teacher/curriculum wise I give it a 7/10. Appearance wise they could definitely get better last time I was there for a “discovery visit” the roofing in the 2yr old class was coming apart and they had a leak in the hallway. So good luck hopefully this isn’t deleted."
"I love Oak leaf school. My son has flourished so much since his enrollment. I’m grateful that they nurture the skills he has while teaching him new skills. Mrs Noni the director is a great leader. When the class was in between teachers she came in and taught the students. She’s very passionate about what she does. There are so many other great things I can say but I’ll end it here. The school is a gem and I’m glad we found it!"
