"After a few snags with the office being able to process our insurance prior to the appointment, we met Dr. Harmon and were very impressed. When it came to scheduling the surgery, we once again ran into issues. Our first attempt to schedule resulted in a surgery date 3 months out for a breathing issue. We’ve tried to schedule with another surgeon in the practice and we’ve yet to even receive a call back. It’s been 2 weeks since the initial appointment and we have nothing on the books. It’s very frustrating when you have a child with breathing issues that need to be addressed. Perhaps they’re just too busy and we need to move on elsewhere."

"Quick visit to determine my baby needed tubes. They got us in and out so very fast. The staff was all extremely nice and professional. We saw NP Emma, and she was lovely."

"I never had an appointment to PENTA where I was called in on time. And then when they bring you to the back, I always waited 45 mins-1 hr. I NEVER get in and out in a reasonable time, so keep that in mind and bring things to entertain your child, change of diapers, snacks, etc. Also, they are notorious for making an appointment then after waiting months, just cancelling it within a few days of an appointment. I've It's had it done twice, which is a big bummer, so keep that in mind for guaging how serious the issue is and you have the time to wait for a resolution. The only reason I went is because I used Dr. Harmon previously and as any parent who gets nervous for any procedure their child may go through, I was more comfortable with her because I knew what to expect, but if you are just starting the process, I suggest finding somewhere different if want to prevent yourself some frustration, atleast until they show they can get it together. I will say that all the staff that I came across have been kind. I haven't had any issues with my interactions with them."

"This days it’s hard to find the Dr takes a time to hear your concerns and respond with out checking his or her watch. I really appreciate Dr takes her time and makes my son feel easier when she treats him. If I could I would give her 10 stars Thank you Doctor"
