"My first experience with this location was amazing. Everyone was nice, professional and caring. My blood pressure was very high and they were really concern. They waited a little bit to see if my pressure would go down then we did the procedure. I would recommend Dr. Miller and her staff to everyone. Too bad they are not here in Decatur because I would go to them. Great people and great place."
"Long wait time. Extremely cold in facility. Most of the staff is friendly with the exception of front desk clerk. In my opinion cold with no personality. I found the same lack of luster and "robotic" personality from the nurse assistant name Destiny. The nurse anesthetists Paula was very warm and welcoming. Dr. Adam is nice as well but over worked and overbooked."
"Dr Adam has always been understanding and responsive to my needs. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Like all reputable pain clinics they do have rules that must be followed, do that and you will have a good experience."
"These doctors and their staff are simply amazing. I have tried other pain clinics before finding this one and I'm so happy I found them. My doctor, Dr. Miller, is thorough and truly cares about her patients and my P.A Mara is the same. They really take the time to listen to everything you have to say. I've never felt rushed. I read in another's comment about the drug testing. It's part of the process and it's government mandated that they do one at least every 60 days. Just like they can't give refills on narcotics. Plus they're not hidden charges, they have you sign a paper giving permission for them to do the test, it's not done without your consent. If you're on narcotic medication they do this test to make sure that you're in the therapeutic range for whatever it is you're taking. It's a very in depth and detailed test, it's not the same test that the employers do when screening for illegal drugs. Anyway, I love my doctor and all the staff there. They have given me my life back. I spent five years of my life in bed overly medicated before I found Dr. Miller and I can't thank her enough. If you're in pain and need help getting your life back I highly recommend these doctors."
