My PT, Katie, is knowledgeable and was very gentle with my tender ankle and walked through her plan and our shared goals clearly. She never overwhelmed me with exercises. Instead she tackled each of my concerns with 1 or 2 exercises targeting each of my aches & pains. She even created a schedule for me to do certain exercises every other day & then others on the other days, having 2 days of rest a week. She ultrasounded. She massaged. She taped. She gave me exercises for there & at home. She’s very dedicated. I believe she may be a miracle worker!"
