The lady at the front desk was not doing her job at all, they lost almost all of our paperwork we did the first few times, they made us pay over 200 dollars just for them to ask us questions, and charged over 90 dollars to speak to their nurse which made no sense cause why do i need to talk to a nurse to talk to the doctor when you have all of my information on file. It makes no sense they are just scamming you out of your money and barely did anything to help only some of the staff was really nice"

"I did not receive treatment or go in office, however the care team was helpful over the phone. If you want to receive care here or anywhere, you have to give the ones serving you the benefit of the doubt. People are overwhelmed by so many things, and everyone has a bad day. I recommend View Point Health for those who are willing to go through the process, who come with respect, and a good attitude. Thank you VPH for what you do in the community."

"Only 4 stars because the recorded message says walk-in anytime however you have to get there when they open. I did not like that during my initial appointments I had no idea what the appointments were for - I thought the front desk would explain them NOT. I ended speaking to the office manager who was apologetic. My appointments are only once a month because of how busy they are. I have NO personal problems - almost everyone has been extremely nice & some staff are just nice."
