"Definitely dissatisfied with service provided from reception. I had an appointment made for a retake of a tb test and upon entry there were two other young ladies that had pre onboarding info to get done as well but didn’t have an employee badge nor an appointment but didn’t experience the treatment I did. After sharing I had an appointment but no badge, I was instructed to get a visitor badge. However I was confused when I was asked for my full name to check if I had an appointment.The young ladies only provided the specific area they needed to go and weren’t asked as many details as I was. I understand the need of ensuring appointments and verification for safety but if that’s going to be a policy enforced it needs to be the same for all."
