"The worst experience ever. First time my mother was there because she needed high blood pressure medication. They did all test and then said they sent the prescription to the pharmacy which they didn’t. My mother was out of medication for about 10 days. They apologized and since my mother don’t speak English and they speak Spanish, we give them another chance. Well let’s just say that it has been 2 weeks and we are still waiting on the medication, my mom is starting to feel really bad and they don’t even pick up the phone. Stupid us, we decided to try virtual/telephone call and this is worse, appointment was supposed to be on Friday at 1:40 pm, they called at 1:15 pm so we can provide the payment, then they never called back, when we finally contacted them they just said we never provided any payment method. And it’s been like that since Friday and it is basically Thursday."
