"I went in yesterday for the lip/chin combo. While the staff were welcoming and friendly, I am very unsatisfied with my lips. Prior to leaving, I pointed out to my injector, Eboni, that my lips looked “slanted” and she stated that it looks uneven due to the lidocaine in the filler. She stated that this will resolve within an hour. Here it is, over 24 hours later and my lips are still uneven. I reached out to her and let her know that my lips were still uneven and she stated that in two weeks, she can make corrections. Unfortunately, I live out of state and will not be here in Atlanta in two weeks. Now, I have to find and pay someone else to correct my lips. This was my first time having any fillers done and I feel more insecure than ever having to walk around with uneven lips. I think she did a phenomenal job on my chin though!"

"I had my first facial this past Tuesday with Kayla and it was 10/10. From the atmosphere, to how comfortable I felt, even the convenience of where the building is located was everything I wanted in a med spa. By the end of the facial, I was trying to figure out how I'm going to budget in a facial at least every other month starting next year (when my money is looking better :]). Going through the current products I use and making suggestions based on my current skin was super helpful. It was my first time getting micro-needling (so I was a bit nervous at first) but she explained the process and aftercare in such great detail, her expertise definitely put me at ease. The session itself was virtually painless, thanks to her gentle technique and constant attention to my comfort. And the results have been amazing – my skin is noticeably rejuvenated, improved texture, and just glowing! She took such great care of me from start to finish, I really could not have had a better experience.
