"Very clean. Drive through is always quick and efficient. Staff is kind. Gets pretty busy around midday, but still great."

"I may have a slight addiction to the Mango Dragon Fruit Refresher, and probably get it far too often (I may be part of the reason they run out of dragon fruit inclusions so quickly, I'm not sorry about it either), but it's super good. The staff is always pleasant when I go through the drive-thru or inside when the drive-thru line is too long. I think my order has only been wrong once, but they kindly fixed it and allowed me to keep the drink that was wrong. Starbucks, I think your employees need a raise, they work so hard during rush hour to get everyone taken care of."

"No problem ordering. Had to wait over 40 minutes for 1 drink. Other people were getting their money refunded for the long wait. Seems like they give more pride to the drive-thru and just forget about the people walking in and online orders. We are all spending our money. Therefore, we all should be treated the same."

"My drink was great. However, my experience in the drive through has been rough. There are 2 access points (one by the retail stores and one coming out of Macon Road traffic) . To me, the point by to the retail stores is more favorable because it doesn’t affect the traffic on the main road. Also, the retail store access point usually has the most cars and the longest wait time. Now, the individuals coming in from the Macon Road access point don’t usually have to wait as long because “nice” people in the other access point allow them to merge in… This morning, I waited patiently in line for about 30 minutes and nearly got ran over by a lady trying to beat me where the 2 access points merge… This location really needs to do something about this before someone gets seriously hurt. I brought it to the attention of the person who took my order and he said, “We are doing the best we can for now. It’s not Starbucks fault if people start fighting.”"
