"I called requesting an internship site, and the man on the phone who answered was so rude. He had a strong accent and was getting irritated that I couldn’t understand what he was saying. He eventually snapped at me and said “MAAM CAN YOU NOT HEAR?!” completely disrespectful and unprofessional… I don’t recommend anyone going here for a job let alone a THERAPIST if this is how the RECEPTIONIST treats people.."

"Do not recommend Progress Place to anyone. My daughter’s last therapist quit because this place is highly unorganized. The case manager reached out to me at the end of September saying they would assign a new therapist, it’s Nov.27 today and I still haven’t heard back from them. Called today to cancelled their “services”. Save yourself the trauma from this place and look somewhere else."

AND YOU ARE NOT EVEN SEEING HER PLEASE MAKE IT MAKE SENSE. THEY CAN'T KEEP THE SAME DOCTORS BECAUSE THEY ARE UNORGANIZED AND DON'T CALL BACK OR ANYTHING!!!!!!! "Wish progress place was first to see us after I received custody of my daughter. Me and my daughter have mental health issues and I have not seen my daughter since she was 3years. Finally received custody when she turned 14 years old.My daughter was so angry at me everyday was a battle from the resintmen. Progress place helped to restore our broken relationship. I wish they could have came to my house more. Also 24hours phone assistant. Progress place got my daughter to talk to them and to me without cussing or walking away that was good. I thank the Lord Jehovah in Jesus Christ name. Thanks everyone from progress place."
