"In addition to being called every single month since my last appointment thinking, I had scheduled another appointment, which I had not, and have no idea how that would happen in their system. It appears that their rates have also gone from $200 per virtual visit to 350 per virtual visit, with no notification sent out to existing patients. I had hoped they would improved, give them time, but this was always just a disaster from the beginning. If I could give them a -3 stars I would."
"Office manager does not return calls. Doctor Ahmad lied to my face. Supposed to keep medical records for 10 years however somehow my daughters are lost so they want to charge $200 for a test she had multiple times. So they can prescribe a medicine they were prescribing her for 12 years,"
"I truly hope they go under because they deserve it. They're despicable. Literally schedule appointments without notifying you, I've never actually seen seen the psychiatrist, just a constant rotation of PAs and RNs due to turnover. Further they sent me a letter last month stating my they no longer take my insurance and when I called to cancel my next appointment, they lied over the phone and said they still take it! Checked ZocDoc and nope, no longer taking Cigna. Shady, unethical, unprofessional, and disorganized. Place is a disaster. AVOID AT ALL COSTS."
"Just want to make money off your insurance. Doesn’t seem as though they really care. Usually very late for appointments and last minute reschedules. Had a Dr. write my prescription wrong and I didn’t know because it was a digital prescription. She sent over the wrong dosing frequency and they filled for twice as many days, but the same amount of pills. Again, because it was a digital Rx, I didn’t see it beforehand and I didn’t notice the instructions because it was a usually monthly med pickup with the same amount of pills. When I went to have them fill this month’s Rx is when I was informed of the iasue and why insurance said it was too soon. I followed the pharmacist’s instructions on what i needed to do. Spent three days, two pharmacies and several phone numbers trying to get this corrected. All this to finally speak the provider for her to tell me that she is going to report to the main Dr. in which the prescriptions are written in his name. There was no harrassment…when i was speaking to the insurance company they asked for the provider’s info and they attempted to call. I let her know through text and she said they office would be handling everything in a couple of days. Left it at that. Got text later in the evening with a real unprofessional tone. After my polite response followed more befuddling texts and a threat to report me for harassment. I was contacted way later after i had not texted after her saying the office would handle it. Even when she texted me this evening, I didn’t request anything nor did I accuse or threaten her. Do you see what’s she’s trying to do? That’s the kind of office I have been dealing with. This can get very litigious real quick. I will not allow a false narrative to be painted of me. It’s really sad"
"I have never written a negative review before now, mainly because I am aware of how it hurts a business. However, when it comes to my son and his best interests, I feel it necessary to share my most unfortunate experience. I was so excited after our first appointment at the Alpharetta Location with the NP. She was excellent and for the first time ever my son was prescribed medicine. She wrote 14 days and wanted to see us back in 2 weeks time. We arrived for the second appt time as scheduled and no one was there. We called the after -hour line and left multiple messages. No one returned my calls. I called first thing Monday morning and explained that my son had no more medication and that it was dangerous for him to not continue. They did not call me back nor write a prescription to hold us over until the new appointment time on Friday. We arrived today on Friday to find the door locked AGAIN! This time we knocked and the receptionist told us there was no NP there and that we had been called to cancel. I received NO voicemail either time this has happened; although they say they left one both times. I even had a text message confirmation the day prior for BOTH appointments. No one bothered to show up for my son's care. I am now scrambling trying to get in with a new provider so my son can continue what this practice started.. irresponsibly and unethically. I feel this is malpractice clearly defined. I want another parent to heed my warning.. Just find a different provider. This experience has been frustrating, time consuming, and disheartening. I am honestly disappointed in how both visits were handled. Emergencies happen understandably; but how the office chooses to handle them (with the patient in mind )makes all the difference. My son deserves better. I will not be back."
