"I wish I had gotten custom orthotics YEARS ago. I was always skeptical of the efficacy of orthotics, and previous doctors would mention them, but never really impressed upon me how effective they could be, but I recently went to a new orthopedist who told me if I didn't get them my feet would continue to get worse, so I bit the bullet and I have been blown away by the results. My very flat feet used to get so sore after just a short time standing or walking, and it was impacting my ability to enjoy things like going on vacations where even moderate amounts of walking might be needed, but since I got the orthotics I've travelled to Europe and recently spent a weekend at Disney World with my family and was able to be on my feet for 12 hours, or more, with minimal foot pain other than normal fatigue. I wish I had gotten these 10 years ago, it's definitely money well spent as the orthotics have significantly improved my ability to enjoy my life without pain.
