"I checked in at 10am and at 3pm I was still waiting in the lobby. The receptionist as well as the lady administering the test were extremely unprofessional. I expressed my displeasure for being there for 3 hrs and said if I can't get seen now. I would have to leave she told me to leave. I see all these bad reviews and they haven't changed anything about their atmosphere. Sad...Sad...Sad"

"This business location should hire more ppl with better customer service skills. When I walked in the front desk receptionist on the Occupational Medicine side was rude AF she acted as if she didn’t want to be at her job. The wait was long for a 5min urine test. I checked in at 8:10am and didn’t get seen till after 9am.This place is horrible. Please hire more professional staff. ***The location that I am referring to is 1400 Northside Drive NW Ste 1400, Atlanta, GA 30318***"

"This is place is a HORRIBLE PLACE. Never in my life have I ever heard of a worse mistreatment than here. My mother was denied an ALREADY appointment that she had. The two uneducated ladies from the front desk are raised wrong. Those ladies discriminated my mother so poorly that it actually made my mother feel so guilty in a situation that she wasn’t even in the wrong. I demand to be contacted soon by the owner of this facility. I will not tolerate and if I will not be contacted I will personally seek the owner in the clinic and have these two ladies FIRED ASAP."

"If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They are the most rude, and unprofessional healthcare providers. They literally treat everyone that walks in there like they’re lying about their injuries. 1. The claim they have to see you several times a week to monitor progress, but they’re really only trying to run up a tab with your company. If you protest the amount of times they threaten to discharge you, so you’ll loose your workers comp. 2. They also only allow 3 reschedules TOTAL. I once had covid and provided proof with PCR test, and they used it against me saying I can’t reschedule or I forfeit my workers comp. 3. They don’t work well with other healthcare professionals. I was seeing several medical professionals (per my company request) and they would get so mad when the treatment plans they had were different from theirs. One doctor there literally yelled saying “I AM THE DOCTOR TREATING THIS. Not them my treatment plan is the best” The physical therapist literally suggested more sessions & the doctor said no you’ve had enough. 4. They also ignored every single thing I mentioned to them, and tried to send me back to work twice loading me up with pills claiming I’ll be fine. They literally kept pushing pills on me instead of treatment. They also did the exact same thing to two other colleagues of mine that I know. I highly recommend seeing a specialist for your condition. At this facility they are general. I left and went to a specialist my company recommended, and that doctor was amazing. That doctor actually listened to what I was saying, figured out the issue, gave me the proper treatment plan, and I didn’t have to see that doctor every week."
