"Update: I spoke with LabCorp who informed me that my doctor’s office sent in new codes in October. After leaving this review, I did speak with a Wellstar advocate who managed to request that the office manager contact me. I am a patient of Dr. Chittineni. I was diagnosed with stage 3 kidney disease early this year. My second labs (a renal panel) were drawn and processed at LabCorp and my insurance did not cover it due to the coding being wrong. $900!!! I have been reaching out to Atlanta Kidney & Hypertension since early June because they need to send in an adjustment with the correct codes. I NEVER GET A PERSON. It is now November. I received one callback from a billing personnel after my initial call in June telling me that she needed my Labcorp info (who knows why, since they initiated this transaction). In that call she told me she would be going on vacation and had no idea when she would get to it. I called back immediately and so many times since and left messages. Dozens of times. No actual person, sometimes no answer, and many times all voicemails are full. I have yet to receive a return call. I NEED THIS FIXED ASAP."

"Why do I have an appointment to see mini gupta and I end up waiting an hour past my scheduled emergency appointment that she requested. Hands down the worst office you will ever go to. Her office staff at the front window is horrible , the sister there has her neck swaying looking like a fool and completely dismissive over tones. Why would you work in a medical office with that type of attitude. Won't be getting any referrals from me"
