"I was 10 minutes late today for my appointment that was scheduled at 2:40. I arrived at 2:50 and was told that I had to reschedule since I was a new patient. As a physician, who was late because my clinic office was busy and my last patient ended up being more complex than expected, I understand that if a patient is 10 mins late there are ways to accommodate these patients. I actually came to this practice because one of my own patients recommended Dr Satcher to me, however, with this experience I will look for another local dermatologist."

"I used to love Laura Beecham bc of her bedside manner, but she is now clearly about numbers and not patients. An hour and 1/2 behind at 9:30 in morning. I push my own work meeting to accommodate her, only to be then told they can no longer see me unless I wait another 4 patients ahead of me. Office manager is unprofessional and rude. Front desk receptionist only courtesy one there. Will sadly not be returning. Dr. Rice needs a better team."

"Dermatologist was nice and listened to me. Office was clean and staff was friendly. I came for an extremely stubborn hyperpigmentation problem. I was interested in the nd:yag laser but she told me nd:yag lasers aren’t meant for darker skin tones (I did consult with another dermatologist of my skin type and she disagreed with that statement.) I was prescribed a compound brightening serum that was about $100. I paid out of pocket because it wasn’t covered by my insurance. The product didn’t work for me."

"Front desk lady has a bad attitude. Does not leave a good first impression for an establishment of such. As someone who works with people, you are supposed to treat people with kindness and respect. She needs to lose the attitude or find a new job"

"This place deserves 0 stars. It took 8 months just to get an appointment to see one of the physicians here. The lady that made the appointment for me NEVER told me that I had to arrive 15 mins before the appointment time. We got there roughly 5 mins after the appointment time, and we tried to check in. Mind you, we are coming all the way from Suwanee and the parking at this establishment is very difficult and full; so as a result, it was hard to find parking here. Nevertheless, once we get to check in, their front desk person Markecia, had the WORST customer service. She was beyond rude and was literally huffing and puffing with her breath answering the questions that I had. I told her that she doesn't need to be rude, I'm simply asking questions, and she was trying so hard to pick a fight with me. She was saying that she wasn't being rude and continued to argue. She reschedule us to see the physician the following a day and she handed me the paperwork that needs to be done for tomorrow's appointment. I assumed since I'm going home with the paperwork that we don't need to be there 15 minutes prior to the appointment tomorrow. I asked her if we need to be there 15 minutes early tomorrow and she responded in a disgusting tone and was very sarcastic with me. I will be surely reporting her to the supervisor of that office. Your front desk person at any establishment is the establishment's first impression. NO ONE should hire a person like Markecia as a front desk person at an office, entity, business, and/or establishment, she will make you not want to come back."
