"I waited an hour to have a doctor argue with me about the packaging of OTC medication and then hang up on me. I then looked at my summary and it was all falsified information! When I called customer service they offered me another consultation and another fee. Smh, just terrible."

"My issue was a UTI, pretty straight forward. The doctor called with in 10 min, it was like 6am when I put in for the consult. Asked a few questions, prescribed an antibiotic and bam, done. Picked my prescription up when the pharmacy opened. Simple, fast, easy peasy. Granted there are somethings that you need to be seen and examined by a doctor for, no doubt. But then there's thing that are just run of the mill like a sinus infection or a UTI, all you need is an antibiotic."

"Some of the doctors are super nice and will ask questions, follow up with you, have you send pictures so they can better assess ect. Then you get one who won't do any of that and basically takes your $5 co-pay and tells you to drag your child (who has the flu) with you to your doctor because you have a cut you wanted her to look at but she can't check her email for the picture. Not really ideal."
