"Got me into office in a timely fashion for an urgent problem. Everyone was pleasant and communicated well. Informed me of needed information and educated me with additional information. My care providers were thorough and reviewed all the pertinent past medical history. My experience with AUI has always been very positive. Caring and empathetic providers with good clinical skills. "A very efficient practice! I was actually seen ON TIME! Almost unheard of in ANY medical or dental (or ANY OTHER) office now days! Staff were all very professional - AND courteous and compassionate - those last two are the Big C s for me to judge a medical practice or a hospital by! And Dr Bradford is truly an exceptional physician! Also very courteous and compassionate and an expert and caring physician. Would that ALL medical providers would be like this exceptional physician and fine person! Can not recommend Dr Bradford and his practice high enough! Truly the BEST!"

"Would rate 0 stars if it was possible. Been trying to schedule a surgery since September. Had my $40 surgical consult and was assured this was a simple procedure that they do all the time. They were pretty busy, but at least maybe November would be when I can finally have the procedure... 4:30pm the day before the surgery, after I've gotten people to take off work to drive me and I've got coverage for a week off my own job, they call to say my surgery is cancelled and that they’d call me back later to reschedule. Took a week to get a new appointment on the books for almost two months away. Had to pay another $40 co-pay for the exact same surgical consult since it’d been too long from the first one. Found more coverage at work, and had someone willing to take the day off to drive me, but at least maybe January would be when I can finally have the procedure... The Friday before the surgery, anesthesia calls me to make sure everything is squared away on their end and the paperwork is good to go. Everything is falling into place. 4pm, you guessed it, the day before the surgery I still hadn’t gotten my time slot yet. I call to double check that we’re still good to go since there’s some bad weather coming our way and ask about my time. They are still on track for their surgeries despite the weather, but wouldn’t you know it, my appointment is cancelled. Lindsey on the phone didn’t have any information about when or why it was cancelled. I'll likely have to do another $40 consult and I'll negotiate with my employer about taking more time off, but at least maybe March will be when I can finally have the procedure..."
