"Do not go here unless you want a phone call back a week later to schedule a highly needed appointment. I had an allergic reaction to my medicine, left four voicemails over a week and finally got a call back. Then I get an appointment made, the link for the appointment doesn’t work, I call them and of course no answer. This place is supposed to improve mental health not demolish it"

"I am reviewing here for my wife since she is too nice to put this out there. Psychiatrist wise, this place is ok. Takes a bit to get an appointment but they do take care of you from there with prescriptions. Psychologist wise, this place is a failure. The psychologist M. Haney talked 90% of the time and was only on the virtual meeting for 20 min when it was suppose to be an hour long. Basically said here is a workbook and you need to get over your problems. That was it, no time to really expand or talk about what is going on with her, and just to cover himself call 9/11 if you need help... My wife had a mental breakdown and suicidal iterations after this meeting because of the lack of care. Sure your business has many clients, but at least let your client talk and give them your hour of your time which you get paid handsomely by my medical insurance. Final note, show you care and do your job and let your client vent."
