"Worst experience ever! Brought my daughter because her hair is falling, she isn’t eating well. The doctor suggested blood which I agreed. The medical assistant that took her blood work did a horrible job my daughter arm swollen so bad with the need inside it was scary. The say the doctor will call you for the results. The doctor never called me. Instead I was the one who came up to the doctors office almost 6 time asking for the results and the always said have a seat the doctor will be with you. I sat almost 2 hours and the doctor never came to speak with me. My daughters hair keep falling and still never called me. I tried to called them to make appointments and the never answer the phone. I decided to ask for my daughters medical records so I can change to a primary doctor who does care about my daughters health because obviously they didn’t care at all. When I come to get my daughters medical records I see the blood results is not there so I come to office and after waiting 2 months for the results and all the visits I did to the office and them telling to have a sit the doctor will be out to discuss the results they want to say, ohh apparently the medical assistant that took her blood work didn’t put the name on the tube. That is so unprofessional and ghetto. I am personal a medical assistant and I never seen no office work like this. I sincerely wouldn’t recommend this office to no one. Especially if you have little kids. At this point my daughters hair is still falling and after waiting two months for nothing because they were so Irresponsible and unprofessional with my daughter health and test results."

"My daughters baby had a seizure about a month ago. A couple days later an appointment was made(couldn’t be made sooner because phones don’t get answered). After a lot of back and forth about getting a referral she STILL hasn’t been to a neurologist. Why? The pediatrician said she would send a referral to two different places and guess what? SHE CALLED BOTH PLACES AND NO REFERRAL WAS SENT. So my daughter has been agonizing trying to talk to these people just to get a tiny bit of “medical care” disgusting. My granddaughter has yet to see a specialist."

"The front desk lady is really nice. That being said, referrals don't get sent out( multiple times this has happened). When the referral does get printed out for you, the clinic does not provide the service that is needed. For you to actually have a phone conversation with the clinic you might have to call them around 30 times at different times of the day. Complete waste of time. It does no one any good for referrals to not get sent out for emergencies. I have to call the specialists over and over praying that they get the referrals. As of today my baby has YET to be seen after a specialist."

"First visit was nice. Nurse monique veey professional then second encounter Very getto dont no how to be professional when i called in reference to my son blood work hung up on me cut me off while i was talking and sent me to voicemail i then called back and she hung up again called supervisor and guess what no answer smh wait now two days for a respond very disappointed new doctor coming soon that why i dont like clinics with unprofessional people up front sad tried to give clinic a chance but cant deal am out"

"I am stay at home mom of two girls, and I am beyond impressed with the quality of service. They were so personable, intelligent yet relatable. Highly recommend Dr Rao and Nurse Monique. It was also a clean waiting room, toys and books for the kids and just all around great service. We finally found a good doctor for our children and the search is over!"
