"This place was so amazing to me. I had a total hysterectomy using robotics and when I tell you the recovery and process was amazing. The nurse practioner that found my issue was so amazing and she is a rock star in the medical field. Dr.O was so amazing and has bedside manners are impeccable to say the least. To all women in Southside area, early detection is the best. Let's all get healthy together ladies. The staff from front to back were so amazing and for that I thank God."
"I was referred to go here for my pregnancy check ups finally made an appointment just to get there and be lied to about them not being able to see me. They said they called but CLEARLY did not...wasted my time. Like I'm big n preggo n barely can get in a car comfortably, let alone drive. Ppl act like they don't understand pregnancy complications. Nothing is comfortable, no one called me, and how yall don't accept medicaid...but oh well I need a private doctor anyway"

"Too bad I couldn't leave a zero-star review for Neighborhood Medical Center. I was referred there for a service that another doctor's office cannot perform, so I called to ask a few questions and possibly make an appointment. No one answers the phone. I left a message, which was a waste of time. I created an account to request an appointment online, and no one responded to my 3 messages. I called at least 3 more times and left phone messages. Guess what? No response. Is anyone there actually doing their job? I am not impressed. I made an appointment at another medical office where they actually answer the phone and give a damn about performing their job. Just pass on this place. Chances are you won't have much choice, because Lord knows they are not going to answer the phone or respond to a message."
"The doctor I've seen here is amazing, but the staff have not been very helpful. For a place that is supposed to be for mental health, they sure do work your nerves up. I've needed a medication refill for a week, I've called there twice and left messages, no body picks up the phone and I have yet to receive a call back. Just sad :("
