"From the very first time I met Dr. Yeh and her staff at Southland Uro-Gynecology, I felt at peace. I was facing a major surgery and was very afraid I wouldn’t survive the operating room. I have ~never~ had surgery before and recently lost both my parents, after watching them face countless surgeries/cancers and their recoveries from anesthesia, I was very apprehensive for my own surgery. Dr. Yeh is the very best physician and has the best team of nurses and staff I’ve ever seen. Dr. Yeh immediately put my mind at peace…she is soft & gentle, yet so thorough with details down to writing out her own next appointment cards and giving them to me herself before I leave. Dr. Yeh thoroughly explained all the details and options of my surgery, gave me printed handouts to read over, time to ask any questions and just provided such 110% customer service, I was blown away…~this~ is how a patient/doctor relationship is supposed to be… Dr. Yeh showed me how to use the Heleo app on my phone “bedside” at my first appointment. This allows a line of communication between us and a way to message her or staff about appointments or if I’m running late or to see my tests or summary of previous visits. Dr. Yeh personally returns her own calls. She is a wife & mother herself but still takes time to return calls before reaching her family even if it’s 8 o’clock in evening…we navigated my employers short term disability process together, financial arrangements for my remaining balance, but most importantly, Dr. Yeh skillfully put “Humpty Dumpty” back together again…after giving birth to seven beautiful children in a span of fourteen years, I had “put off” some minor corrective work for a rectocele. Thirteen years later, a cystocele and prolapsed uterus was also added to the list. A TVH was only remedy, a major surgery. I made it through surgery, and a difficult first week of recovery, but happy to say returned to work after three weeks post op, and at my 6 week check up, had surprisingly lost 25 pounds and was healing on schedule. I can’t say thank you enough to Dr. Yeh, her staff: Susan, Kayla, Rhonda, and the many others that cared for me while at Southland Uro-Gynecology. In passing others, friends and strangers, I’ve only heard positive things about Dr. Yeh. I give Dr. Yeh a big “yay!” and all the stars in the sky review!! She’s worth all of them…"
