"We waited almost five hours for my child’s prescription to be filled. When we arrived at the pharmacy a little over an hour before closing to check on the status of his prescription, we were told they were out of stock and I would have to call around to other pharmacies to find one that has what he needs, and have that pharmacy call them. A phone call earlier in the day notifying us that his medication was not in stock would have been incredibly helpful. It’s a Sunday, and the remaining pharmacies in town close in about an hour, so there is no guarantee my son will be able to start his antibiotics for his double ear infection today. Thanks for the great customer service."

"Staff is fairly nice but do not expect to get your prescriptions when they say they will be ready. I have used this location for almost a year now and get medications monthly and have yet to have had a good experience getting anything filled on time. Also nearly impossible to get someome to answer the phone and when they do you'll get told a time it will be ready yet when you go to pick up at the time they told you it probably won't be ready. I suggest if it's a serious medication you need to receive in a timley manner don't come here."
