"It's a busy facility but really worth the wait at times you've able to get in and out quickly depending on your reason for your visit, there's well trained physicians as well as nurses who does their jobs professionally with respect and concern for the patient, and they're always on time but not perfect but well trained and does a great job."

"Absolutely one of the worst hospitals there is.... My grandfather has been in the hospital two times since Christmas Eve multiple days stays. Not only did he stay in the ER for three days straight with no room. He had fallen off the bed and was left for hours screaming for help.. and another patient's family found him going to the nurse and they finally got him off the floor than the nurses let him fall two more times during CT scans and X-rays. Causing him to hit his head and having a blood clot in the brain now. Not only this but the nurses are neglecting him leaving him in the bed in a ball and unable to move. Have refused him his medication causing his doctor that works for Phoebe come up and give it too him. Now they are refusing anyone to see him and check on him. This is absolutely terrible he is 82 years old and don't deserve to be treated like trash. DOCTOR AND NURSES Should GET INTO THIS FIELD TO HELP PEOPLE. NOT HARM THEM!!!!!! Absolutely SORRY.. Please SHARE. IT DOSENT SEEM THAT ANY CHARGE NURSE CARES EITHER. they are also the reason we have covid and my 82 year old grandfather has covid. They put him in the floor with all the covid patients because it was the only room available after spending days in the ER."

"I spent twelve hours and twenty four minutes at Phoebe Sumter Emergency room with my 89 year old mother. The staff, nurses, and doctor were polite, knowledgeable, and professional. There were just not enough of them. Phoebe needs to pay enough to retain an adequate number of workers."

"This place was awful very rude and unprofessional. It was dirty and nasty everywhere wasn’t clean. Waited forever to get called back. Then they gave me some kind of medicine then took me to x ray when I came back I asked for my husband’s because he’s been with me the whole time I’ve been in there and the nurse said she “kicked him out” she was Very rude to me and him so I asked for my discharge papers before the doctor could even read my x rays. I ended up walking out before she got my discharge papers because how rude and unprofessional she was. Won’t EVER be going back to this awful place."

"I had a medical problem & my local Dr could not see me. I had no choice but Sumter Phoebe. This Hospital is just awesome. Very clean, everyone is so friendly & helpful. My nurses were Morgan & I think Olivia' very nice & professional. I was even impressed with the Dr on duty& the CT Tech. Even the janitor was super nice This Hospital & the staff ARE #1. Thank you for the great care"
