Short red hair lady very very very rude I cannot say here what Think about her or what I wanted to tell her,I have herd nothing but the best about the doctor here but I can tell you is that lady it’s not good for your business there is nothing worse than a hostile environment at a place where you come seeking help she is having a huge impact on the people who come here and no only me for what I have heard don’t worry you don’t need to do resolve nothing with me do something for all of you patients"

"Let me start by saying 10 out of 10 recommend!! I’ve heard mixed reviews on this location, but our personal experience was great. Absolutely zero complaints. They are very professional, clean and courteous. They answered every question and explained and left all decisions up to my daughter and when we left she was relieved and felt so much better about herself, From the office (me forgetting just about everything) to the nurse to the dr and back to the front for follow up appointments, great experience."

"The front office ladies (not the dermatologist, she’s great) the staff upfront ARE NOT welcoming! are very rude, very mean, my mom was asking for a history report for her insurance and they told her they don’t provide that which it was surprising to me! so she then asked for a receipt and Mrs. lady upfront (which I could know her name) didn’t even acknowledge her and continue doing her typing thing without telling my mom anything She told her to sit down… she waited and eventually my poor mom got up to check if it was ready and the receipt was ready who knows for how long its been sitting there and didn’t even dare to tell her that the receipt was ready but instead made her wait. My mom felt discriminated and felt they were being racist towards her! Another patient was there to be treated and they responded her with kindness, attention, and alertness. Anyways I won’t let my mom go back, You don’t undermine people because of race. Also this is not exaggeration , my siblings who are half white who came with her notice how she was treated and even told my mom that they love her for being their mom. RIDICULOUS, she should get her money back for the service because she did pay American dollars for her to be treated equally. my mom came home with hurt feelings and crying. I’m not happy and my mother deserves an apology from the Front lady! I will STRONGLY RECOMMEND CLEANING HOUSE and getting someone more kindly who see everyone equally upfront if you ever want me to re-consider coming back. "Today was the day I had my appt and I've got to say, I had the absolute BEST experience! The front staff was friendly and my wait time wasn't long at all! Dr. Harris and his nurse Lisa were amazing! They both were so kind, caring, personable and gentle with me! So gentle in fact that even the shots of lidocaine weren't bad!!! Plus, Lisa made extra sure I was numbed up good before Dr. Harris did my procedure. I had to have a spot removed from my arm and another spot frozen on the other side of my chest. Dr. Harris did a great job explaining everything to me so I could easily understand what he was seeing, what he was doing and what I needed to do in the future. I am so glad I decided to travel an hour to go to this location! It was worth the drive! I will never go any where else for my dermatology needs!!!"

"Awesome staff! The nurses were absolutely wonderful and efficient. I met with Dr. Moore, and found her to be incredibly informative and respectful. Not sure why she has so many negative reviews. She explained everything in perfect detail and provided a lot of valuable insight. Overall great experience!"
