"The reception ladies are the worst possible for any clinic. They will promise you the reports and will not deliver. I was promised my mom’s reports on September 13, which wasn’t delivered. After multiple calls and no response finally was able to get them online and was promised that the report will be delivered by 15 @3pm. September 15@3.30 went to pick the results. The receptionist doesn’t even bother to answer. These ladies should be taught basic manners."
