"Great practice. My interactions with office staff and others has been pretty great. The first physician I saw here wasn't really a good fit for me, but then I started seeing Dr. Jeffrey Haller and he is amazing. (see more below on him) At the end of my first visit I had a bit of a complaint, feeling the provider really rushed me and left without informing me of next steps, or even if the appointment was over. I spoke to the practice manager and she was very respectful and handled this beautifully. And also, once or twice it has been a bit difficult to get prescription refills approved and sent to pharmacy in the time frame the practice sets the patients' expectations to; but I don't really want to complain about that because everyone working in healthcare these days has had, and continues to have, such stressful working conditions due to the effects of the pandemic. And my refills have all been filled another day or two out. THIS PART OF REVIEW SPECIFIC TO DR. JEFFREY HALLER: Whip-smart. Sensible. Articulate. Caring. Expert. Respectful. Practical. Conscientious. I am grateful to have found Dr. Haller: he is making an appreciable difference to my health. I did not realize how deep was my need to find a truly great doctor who respects my goals and seeks to align with the kind of relationship I want to have with a primary care provider until I found him. "Please please listen to Madison's review. She nailed it 100%. I wish i would have read her review before going here. By far and away my worst experience with a doctor's clinic in 52 years on this earth. Run -- don't walk -- from this clinic. While Dr. Garnica was great, the clinic is so incredibly poorly run. I was almost crushed by the weight of the negativity surrounding this clinic. The negativity is really that unbearable. Attitude, more attitude, rudeness, and just a dash of unprofessionalism -- thrown in for good measure. And not from just one staff member, but by the phlebotomists, the front desk, the M.A.s -- they'll all quite happily treat you like dirt and filth. And forget trying to get a prescription refilled. Unresponsive staff. Takes an Act of God for them to lift one finger. Read the negative reviews below and you'll see a pattern with poor communication and issues getting prescriptions refilled. It's the truth and i wished i would have read these reviews before going. Lesson learned. Bottom line: If you like being treated like pond scum, you should by all means make an appt today! You have been warned."

"Dr. Garnica-Moya, her nurse, and the phlebotomist were all fantastic. The doctor took her time with me and she is very thorough. I highly recommend this practice and this provider."

"Honestly if I could give it no stars I would. This was the worst experience of my life. The front desk lady was rude and even the nurse that brought me to the back. Their tone of voice was very disrespectful and the nurse had an attitude when I told her what my issue was. I will never be returning again! The doctor I came to see was Dr. Garnica. I didn’t even get to meet my doctor because this office made me feel very uncomfortable and disrespected! The only person that was nice to me was one front desk lady named Danielle"
