"If you are really in urgent need, try somewhere else. I was scheduled for a telehealth appointment at 10:30am. It is now 4:50pm and I have yet to receive a call about my appointment. I understand that in person patients are important as well and sometimes days are busy but at least make time to contact your telehealth patients at their appointed time as well. If I didn’t already make a co-payment, I would go somewhere else for faster service."

"Came in because I was in pain, and I really needed to be seen, but I was turned away because the Front Desk receptionist had never heard of the type of insurance I had. She basically implied that my insurance was fake, and I have a sneaky suspicion it’s because she racist. I went to a different Urgent care not even 5 mins away from this location and I was seen in less than 15 mins with my “fake insurance.”"

"This place opens at 9 am. I came in with severe thyroid symptoms. Was told to fast so that the blood work would be accurate. Even though I had an appointment, they took all the walk-ins before me. Was put in a room. Nurse was OMG RUDE! Very fatphobic and condescending. Then I waited until 11. No one had come in the room. Not a single nurse or doctor. We could hear them cutting up outside the room though. Must have been a party. We asked at 10:30 how much longer on my 9:30 appt and was told we had 2 more people in front of us. We waited until 11 am and just got up and left. DO NOT GO HERE! You have been warned. Came home and did a telehealth visit with a real doctor for some kind of help. Finding a new PCP immediately."

"The doctors when I seen them was great! But I've been trying to get maintenance meds refilled for over 3 months. Each month they say I have to come in for bloodwork. But when I get there the nurse practitioner wants to know why? I'm in the health field. I know you don't get blood work every month for regular maintenance meds. Plus I have a personal care home. And can't get my clients refills. Myself and the pharmacy reaches our. And we get the same story for both of us. I thought I could bring my clients to them. Plus they're charging COPAYS for wellness visits. I'm done with this facility."
