"My doctor leaves and this clinic tells me today that I basically need to leave to. I call to get an appointment, and they say no new patients, but I'm not new, and I have prescriptions that need to be filled. There is ONE doctor on site that isn't taking any new patients. But again, I'm not a new patient. Clinc gave no notice, nor a list of new providers that I could consider for visits. Just no new patients. How many other patients with worse health issues did this happen to at this clinic; were only two doctors were providing. I'm guessing half the patients who have medical records living at this clinic are now "new patients " . Now I have to find another doctor that I can hopefully see sooner than later. Way to show care for the patients l."

"If I could provide 0 stars I would. I have kidney disease and need high blood pressure meds and acid meds to be refilled. I called today to get refilled since I’m OUT and my doctor surprisingly doesn’t work there anymore and they are no longer accepting patients. We didn’t receive a letter or anything. When I asked if I could get my refill so I could find a new doctor (since my high blood pressure harms my kidneys) THE TOLD ME THEY COULDNT HELP!!!!! I am legit in shock - my records are there since I’ve been seen there so idk why they can’t send in my refill for meds that are required to keep my kidneys in good shape. This office not provider cares about their patients. I will be taking this to the medical board and commissioner !!!!"

"The entire staff at this facility was PHENOMENAL with a capital P! Every person that I encountered was so sweet and professional. Today was my first time here and I enjoyed every minute! Dr. Amy was very warm, and down to earth. Nothing at all like my last doctor! She made me feel extremely comfortable. Dr. Love was excellent at drawing my blood, it was painless. Harley was really sweet. I don't know the name of the young lady that schedules the appointments but she was wonderful as well! Try North side Family Medicine and you won't be disappointed!"
