"Go somewhere else. I tried to make an appt to get CPAP downloaded for next doctor appt, was informed they no longer support this equip and I shud go elsewhere, even tho they did download it six months ago. I was never notified so now I need to find a new provider. Their customer service sucks."

"This is the worst business I have ever dealt with. They gave me a cpap (reciept said 1500 they billed my ins over 3k) from the closet - they said that's all they had... and then tried to shove a mask at me from a box they had "delivered" that morning. I don't really think they cared about getting me something I needed, just something from what they happened to have "on hand." I am sure they just give you whatever mask they have on hand, not really what you, as a patient NEED. I tried to get a better fitting mask and it's been over 8 weeks!! I've called the Atlanta office and they keep telling me the "cpap" guy is "busy." The columbus location finally got me a right size mask (after 2 weeks), but it was the wrong mask... how hard is it to check the paper work and deliver the proper mask??? Horrible service and they just don't care! Buyer Beware, these guys are just out to rip you off."

"This Medical Equipment Company sucks. My wife has Medicare and BCBS. We have had a CPAP for about a year. Dr. Suggested a BIPAP after replacing machine I got a call demanding almost $200 difference for the machine. I was told I had to pay right then on phone or they would repo the machine right away. Guess what I also had another machine. They can shove their machine and all of their sales force where the Sun never shines. Come get your machine."
