"On time for my appt & sitting in an empty waiting room & was called back 15 min after my appt time. Complete ghost town in the back as well & had to wait over an hour in room. WILL NOT be returning."
"Five minute visit for strep test and amoxicillin.....$790! Strep A test is 182! They told me (Prudence) that I'm billed from when I walk in the door!"
"I wish I could give NO stars! The older lady who always checks you in never, ever smiles, just simply asks for your payment immediately and is zero help on ANY issue or question you may have. If you have a billing question, they refer you to one of several "billing department" phone numbers - none of which are ever answered. The girl who took off my daughter's cast actually CUT her with the saw! The PA that we have seen multiple times seems completely lacking, not only in personality, but in care for her patients. In discussing my daughter's range of motion issues following a severely broken arm, she actually said, "Well, you can brush your hair and put it into a ponytail, right? That's really what we're aiming for - just functionality." What!?!? Thankfully, seeing her actual surgeon at a different CHOA location yesterday was a much better experience. After 3 miserable visits to this location, I have FINALLY learned my lesson. I will drive the extra hour and sit in traffic for as long as it takes to go to ANY location other than Kennesaw. Do yourself a favor and do the same thing!"
"I will not be returning back to this location. They dont care about the patient. I know I was late and they have a 20 min grace period in which I made. But the check in person didnt check me in until she reach out to Dr Julia. In which she said she not going to see my daughter. I let them know tht she have Pneumonia n she really need to be seen. To see have the infection left the.But they just sent me away. They just dont know how hard it is taking a wheelchair out a car trunk and picking a 12 year old in and out a car to put her in a wheelchair. I will just have to make the extra drive to get better service and doctors who care about there patience."
"The entire focus here is getting your money... it's not about proper care or anything of the like, it's ONLY about your wallet, We felt heavy pressure to do things that were not necessary, and were lied to about x-rays. They were unaware that we were skating able to read x-rays, so after their presentation and pressure, when we showed and explained them actually what the x-rays showed, they just started that nervous laugh as in "uh oh I've been caught". It's sad to see a place built and designed to help people, actually do the opposite for the sake of money. Guess they have to pay for the new building somehow... or rather you do! Do them a favor and stop by so they can rip you a new one and you can contribute to their corporate mission. My son said he felt "fear and pressure" in visiting this location."
