"UNPROFESSIONAL & UNAPOLOGETIC. THIS OFFICE SHOULD BE CLOSED! I waited weeks for scripts to be called in on multiple occasions. Office does not understand the simple terms of a Medical Records Request. This office caused more stress in my life than good. Office does not provide heads-up to patients when therapists leave. Two of my therapists left Raven's Nest because they were NOT aligned with office indiscretions. The indiscretions start with the Director, Shelby Greene and trickle down to the office staff. The office is NOT SORRY for anything. I will be filing a complaint with the Georgia Medical Board."
"I had at the beginning a great experience with Ravens Nest. Their providers were always kind and staff at the front desk are always pleasant to speak with. However, the issues began when the charges on my account did not match what my insurance billed me for. Every time I have called the billing department to rectify the matter and pay the correct amount, the mailbox is full. Rerouting to the front desk does not help either as the person in charge of billing is apparently never in office. The mailbox name does not even belong to anyone working at the office, a Juanita Williams, as per the front desk. I cannot in good conscience recommend this facility to anyone, as even though their providers are unfailingly kind, I am extremely disappointed and concerned that my payment and visit history has been billed for more than (and for more often) than what I actually visited for, and I have not been able to talk to anyone in more than 2 months to fix this matter. Edit: After this review, I was called by Ms. Green who explained the charges and rectified the bill (there was one error that is now fixed). While I hate to leave a bad review to get a callback, I do very much appreciate Ms. Green calling me and explaining the billing process (the team does not bill you until all charges are checked, so the patient portal may not match with what you will actually be physically billed with in the future). The team at Ravens Nest is very kind, as I said, and always pleasant to speak with. I've changed my review from 1/5 to 4/5, as while the services are wonderful and the team is great, it still remains difficult to get ahold of someone at the office in a timely manner."
"I really wanted to give them a chance- after being ran-around by other providers . The initial experience was great , Ms. Whipple was just wonderful and did telehealth visits. Then, after a month coordination... this provider completely ghosted me without any reason. I was in - contact with the front desk for 2 months. Kept trying to reconnect despite feeling abandoned (?) Still... got the run around and no explanation. " We're having phone issues" " oh they'll call you back" " I'm not sure why the online portal isn't working properly" .... after finally having none of it and Asking for the manager . I finally got a 'manager' answer to what happened. "Provider went on leave. " That's understandable honestly- but why no other staff member could be honest with me on that?! Inexcusable. .... please, Please do not trust your mental health with them. I am not the only one in my friend's group that has had this issue with Ravens Nest sadly. Find someone else who has better staff and can deal with other humans in a respectable manner. Yes I mean everyone . This was a completely inexcusable customer service fail- no one should ever have to go through, even if it's the basic things. BUT Especially mental health .That is completely inexcusable. I Still don't understand where the disconnect happened. Was it clinical, clerical , actually utility difficulty in Acworth ?! Initally, thank you for what you are trying to do. Its not easy. But, harder is - The least you can do is take People's mental health seriously. It. Is. Your. Job. Your people did not take me seriously and I Can never in good conscience recommend you to anyone else."
"If I could I wouldn't even give one star this place is very unprofessional! Please don't waste your time here they horrible with communication they don't keep the patients in the loop with anything. I had to contact them on several occasions about my child. Brought it to the Attention of the girl Amber who answers the phone and she was so nonchalant about the matter just take your business elsewhere. Then when you call them out about the situation it's oh I forgot or well I'm trying to do this a lot of excuses so I'm taking my child from this practice. They don't care for the patients all they care about is the guaranteed money being paid to them. This situation was the last straw for me. I don't mind contacting whomever higher about this situation so nobody else has to endure the foolishness. I gave three chances to this office not again!! HORRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT!!!"
