I am always expecting great customer service with all of my doctor offices. The staff is great from the young lady at the front desk to the medical assistants that assist Dr. Patel. Dr. Patel himself is very easy to talk to he listens to your issues. He was sensitive about the pain that I was experiencing and was able to solve my issues. I give the staff five stars. They reminded me of my appointments. They did all of the insurance verification up front so I had no issues with that. I was well pleased with this office. If you're squeamish about going to the doctor I believe this would be a great place for you!"
