"It is so hard to find a good doctor these days and Dr. McCall is not one of them. My experience with him was absolutely horrible! I feel that he didn't give a damn about me and treated me like another number. I could not get a hold of this doctor via phone or the online message portal and only got to speak to him when booking an appointment. I think certain situations require a direct conversation with the doctor and not playing telephone with communicating through his nurses. I had two serious issues where I had to go to the Emergency Room and needed to connect with the doctor regarding what was happening with me and never received a call back even though I requested multiple times. During my appointments I felt rushed and that the doctor didn't take my concerns seriously which left me walking around for a week with a serious bacteria infection that could cause life long complications on top of being in extreme pain. It look me all but 5 minutes to go on Google to figure out what I had. The doctor could have easily figured out what was going on with me if he gave a damn and asked probing questions, but he didn't. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! I AM SICK OF DEALING WITH DOCTORS WHO ONLY WANT TO GET A CHECK AND GO HOME AND COULD CARE LESS ABOUT MY HEALTH. I WOULD SUGGEST STAYING CLEAR OF DR. MCCALL AND ANY PRACTICE HE'S AT. I even complained to the Office Management and it was clearly a waste of time because she didn't give a damn and seemed to have no real authority! TRASH!"

"This is a very unprofessional office. I’ve had 4 appointments with them and was only actually seen twice due to them always being 20-30mins behind in actually admitting me to be seen. Which would cause me to just cancel and reschedule after already waiting because you know I have a life. There is a such thing as “appointments” for a reason and they don’t hold themselves accountable to their times. Not to mention, extra time being taken just for the doctor to actually come in and see me once I am actually admitted. They try to cram your appointment into the smallest window possible and try to rush you out essentially. Also, I’ve been running them down for my lab results for about 2 weeks now, when I know they are actually available, because I was told that it was just waiting for a sign off by the doctor in order for it to be released. I will never give them visit them again."

"I am a patient of Dr. Lee, and have never had a more thoughtful, genuine, caring person take care of me. From hospital to office visits, she is always available to answer questions, give recommendations, and follow up with you to make sure everything is ok. I cannot possibly say enough good things about her, but would just recommend anybody to use her services if necessary. A heartfealt and huge THANK YOU to Dr. Lee, an incredible doctor and person!"

"I would give it 0 Stars if I could. Pathetic customer service. Patient is in Hospital and no one cares to come on the phone. Given run around for a prescription which the Hospital will not release the patient until the prescription. This is typical Emory service, so they can run up the bill. The front office staff was pathetic and no office manager would come on the line. Emory just has a big name so they can push around people and just all about Money and could careless for a patient. This has nothing to do with the doctors, this is purely for the office staff. I hope the doctors review this and take appropriate actions."

"Ended up with a serious infection. Dr. McCall treated me expertly. Aliza his NP was very encouraging and reassuring. The staff was friendly. The IV nurses were experts in their care and sweet and patient w me (someone who struggles w needles) A great, caring and professional experience summarizes all my interactions with Atlanta Clinical Care."
