"Traumatic birth experience. The doctor on call from this practice induced me with my baby in the breech position. This doctor ordered the induction without ever coming into my hospital room to see me, despite my request. The first time I met the doctor was upon being told I was having an emergency c-section after the nurse noticed my baby was breech around 8 centimeters. I saw several doctors at this practice during my pregnancy and expressed concerns about my baby’s position. None of them appeared to know how to use belly mapping or other techniques. I was told I would have an ultrasound only if they weren’t sure about the baby’s position. Around 37 weeks they confidently told me my baby was head down. My baby was not head down, and my baby had not been head down for several weeks before my delivery. If you have a routine pregnancy, you might have a mediocre experience here. These doctors are going through the motions and do not appear to have any passion for their work. I truly regret my decision to trust this practice with my pregnancy."

"Being a healthcare professional, there are certain things that I look for when seeing a new provider. I was referred to Dr. Gia Garrett by my PCP for an ongoing issue. I called the first day to schedule an appointment, I was rudely interrupted by the person who answered the phone with “our system is down so if you want to schedule an appt you’ll need to call us back later”. She did not offer take my name or phone number to contact me, which I thought was dismissive. I called back today bc I wanted to give it some time and also a second chance with the systems being down. I believe the same person answered the phone. She asked for my insurance, this time I was out on hold for her to see if they accepted. They conveniently have a list of accepted insurances on the site. When she came back to the phone she stated “we don’t take that insurance” so I said well it is listed on the site as one of the insurances you DO take. She laughed and said “yea we don’t know which of the plans we take so to be safe we just aren’t taking any”. Needless to say I will not be making an appt and will seek to find a practice with more professional and welcoming staff."

"Dr Salamon is the best OBGYN! The best! She was my doctor for the duration of my 3rd pregnancy and I have to say that's she's very kind, patient and understanding. I know I'm not the easiest type of patient to deal with while pregnant, but she took the time to listen to my thoughts and concerns every visit, even if she didn't agree with them. Also, after a very successful C section delivery, my recovery was super easy in comparison to my previous C sections with otherthen. And I can't forget about the office staff, they are amazing as well. Especially Christina! I appreciate her so much!"

"Meredith is an amazingly attentive Nurse Practitioner! I was a new patient with her today and I think it’s important to feel comfortable and not rushed all, she made me very comfortable. She answered all my questions with knowledgeable information and was very gentle during her exam which I appreciated. I hope things continue to go well. Thanks for the great care!"
