"I rarely write a negative review about any business, however the staff at the check-in counter in this place is so unprofessional and super rude, long story short, had an appointment at 1:00PM, was in the lobby at 12:50, light were off and there was lunch break sign at 1:00 walked in she said sorry I had to let other patient in, you were supposed to be here 12:30!! why you didn't give me a 12:30 appointment then? and you you let someone in before my appointment time even!, they basically don't respect people's time. avoid this place!"

"I have been going here for a number of years, and have been trying since this morning to schedule my physical. I’ve been trying to schedule an appointment and the phone system is malfunctioning it seems! First of all, every extension you dial, from appointments to billing department, is requiring you to leave a message and someone will get back to you. What type of doctor’s office doesn’t allow you to speak to someone just for general questions or setting of an appointment???. And, mind you, I called when they first opened and have been calling for about an hour and still getting the run around with their phone system!!! With all of the negative feedback I’m noticing I’m beginning to think they have too many patients and can not maintain the level of professionalism each patient deserves. I mean our insurance companies are the ones paying these staff members and doctors, it’s ridiculous!"
