"Dr. Martin as a doctor gets 5 stars, but the clinic rules brought it down. I had to get a new PC after using Dr. Martin for 13yrs, I called for an appointment and found out they cycled me as a new patient, because I hadn't been sick since 2019, and used gyno to check my fertility to get pregnant. I got pregnant, lost my first got pregnant shortly after surgery. I then used a midwife for nearly a year and a half with both pregnancies.... I get it... It's been a while, I was fine in being look at as a new patient. However, the annoying thing is that she isn't taking new patients now. So I can't get to see my doctor of nearly 15 years! I 'm sure if I had made a fuss and actually gotten in touch with the doctor she would have waived that, (like I said DOC MARTIN IS AN AMAZING PRACTITIONER)but the office staff didn't really give me a chance and I can't risk not having a primary care. I'm bummed, but optimistic about my new primary care as they arranged to have me in as quickly as possible after hearing my experience."
