"I’ve been a patient of Dr. Parry for about 15yrs. He has the most been consistent, honest, kind, caring and innovative PCP I have known. Anyone that visits with him agrees and anyone that I’ve referred to him has kept on board with him. He is also a great PCP for my aging relatives. I highly recommend that you give him a chance. I’m very confused from some of these other reviews. Yes, sometimes you have a wait, because he is a popular doctor and it’s not always easy to get a visit quickly. It’s important to note that he ISN’T the doctor who is going to rush you out of the door. He is going to take his time and make sure your concerns are addressed. This is because he has an AMAZING bedside manner."

"If I could post zero stars I would. I have finally joined the long long list of people who are fed up with the rude, arrogant staff on the front desk. The phone calls that repeatedly go unanswered .. the office hours they never keep. It's bad enough they never answer the phone when you try to reschedule an existing appointment .... but they are super quick to send out a bill for the missed appointment !!!! They demand on time arrival for appointments which would be totally reasonable if they showed the same respect for their patients. They don't. I am done waiting up to an hour to see a PA. The high turn over of medical staff here is a bright red flag this practice is all about churning patients in and out to make as much money as possible. Avoid this practice"

"This is by far the best experience I've ever had with a doctor's office. I can't say enough great things about this place. I have seen several doctors over the years (my initial provider retired, and I have had a few moves out of state). I am shocked this place doesn't have all 5 star reviews. I guess most happy patients don't think to leave reviews, unfortunately. I only chose this place because I personally know happy patients who have referred it to me by name. I have seen almost all of the providers at Intown Primary Care (Dr. Parry, Gina, and Caleb), and they are all knowledgeable and take the time to listen to all of my concerns. They are very communicative especially via the patient portal, but they are also very helpful via phone if I have any questions. The front desk staff are friendly and kind, and the lab staff are especially patient with me because I hate having my blood drawn. Their hours and availability are also awesome. If I ever need to get in last minute for something, there is generally something available within a day with one of the providers. I can't say enough great things about this place. I'm sad it took me so many years to find reliable healthcare I trust, but I'm glad I finally did!"

"I have been a patient of Dr. Parry’s over 12 years. He and his team are an invaluable part of my healthcare. From taking care of general wellness needs to partnering with my oncologist through several years of cancer treatments, he has been there every step of the way. His staff also works hard to make things easy - scheduling appointments, handling insurance / billing issues, refill requests, and even working me in the schedule if there’s an urgent wellness need. I also love that he serves the community by offering inclusive services. Again, I am incredibly grateful for his role on my healthcare team and appreciate the way he cares for me (and others) so well!"

"Not sure why there are so many bad reviews, but my experience with Dr. Parry and his staff are always great! I've been a patient now for a few years and I'd recommend him to anyone. Unlike some doctors, he actually LISTENS to what you tell him and is very good at explaining things so that you have a full understanding. His office specializes in care for the LGBTQ community, but even as a straight female, I am comfortable talking to him about anything health related."
