"Making appointments are very easy. I have several Doctors here that I feel gave me back my life from all the issues I've had. They listen and take their time to explain. Their pa are fantastic I ask questions all the time by email on the site and they get back to you right away. The people that check you in and out are always very courteous."

"Not thorough in completing diagnosis testing or patient research. I Visit the facility once a month starting in September. Constant complaint of debilitating health concerns. My health depleted while under PO care plan. Visits were absent of true attention to detail and care management- I always left feeling confused with no clarity on care. I visited neighboring hospitals more than 9 times in 6 months due to unmanaged pain. Despite constant contact with staff, I was given OTC grade pain medication and muscle relaxers and sent back to work. With no ability to provide for myself, pain level spiked my bp to 205/118 avg, I spent most of the last 3 months bed ridden unable to stand or walk, no food or ability to care for myself, just constant pain. Asked treating physician twice to prescribe steroid, something that isn’t a narcotic, isn’t habit forming, and that I’d been given before by her colleague for the same injury- she declined both times. Went to ER they decline to treat me due to I have a treating physician. The emergency room physician took me out of work before the staff at PO had enough sense to understand the severity of my condition. Despite medical direction to be seen immediately, PO maintained my scheduled 3 month out appointment, still with no pain management. This is how depression amongst other mental health issues arise. Look elsewhere for superior health care, because you won’t find it here."

"On 11/30 which is the second time I had an accident Da’Ron Jackson clinical manager. Two times he discussed my medical records and doctors orders in front of patients and staff at the college park location. After a second time of me coming to him and saying something about him discussing my medical records he came close to me in an aggressive manner asking me if I wanted to speak to him in the back. At this time I refused because he had already yelled my personal information out in front of other patients. Telling me in front of everyone what the doctor said and what my chart said. These are matters that are not to be discussed in front of everyone. I have rights as a patient and this was wrong of him. This happens twice not once. He is very aggressive."

"Came to this facility after having a good rapport and personal experience in the past with a doctor at this facility. Came back to see the same doctor, 3 appointments later I keep being seen by an assistant. I keep explaining my injury and issue and the assistant keeps trying to point the blame on other health issues. While yes, it is important to know if you are having any health issues that could cause issues, if I was not having any health issues until I suffered said injury that I came to you for treatment, why are you wasting time with it. I cannot take care of myself, barely walking and you're testing for things that do not assist me with getting better. I know how these doctors work- hand in hand with the employer, but this isn't my first rodeo, and I shouldn't have to tell you how to do your job. To make matters worse, they mixed my paperwork up and sent my employer the incorrect file 'accidentally', which caused me great amount of issue aka I'm no longer employed. IF you're wondering, yes I will be requesting to change doctors soon. Do yourself a favor, just don't go here."

"Excellent Dr. and staff Very professional Very knowledgeable The staff were also very humorous and made me very comfortable going into the procedure. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction. The post op followup was great. My only complaint was the secondary protection piece was not my exact size. They had one size bigger. But it's a small issue. Does not affect comfort or mobility. Looking forward to final op Score 9.8/10"
