"Poor customer service, no one is ever available by phone or in the office. Due to the lack of knowledge and guidance of my agent, I realized my deductibles were unreasonable 5,000, 9,000 for hail and wind and 49k for tropical cyclone. And reasonable person would not have agreed to such hideous deductibles. But, I recently switched agents and I now have a reasonable deductible i.e 1000 and 2500 and it only increased my yearly policy by 506. A little guidance from this agency would have been nice. But what can you expect if you never can speak or see anyone from this office. Those who have this agent I suggest you review your policy and deductibles."
