"She has been our family doctor for nearly 30 years (3 generations). No complaints and she knows our family by their nicknames. Great service and pretty quick. The staff is great too. Everyone is so sweet."

"Please find another doctors office to take your children to. This has got to be one of the worst and I have been dealing with them for years. When Dr. Cannon was here, there was a different degree of customer service. The staff is unfriendly (especially the front desk attendant). Dr. Arrington is very polite but their office is in serious need of being updated. The last two times I’ve been here they haven’t seen my child due to not having an old id card printed. Keep in mind I have primary insurance for my kids through my employer and have presented them with that card both times. They stated if I didn’t have a Medicaid card they wouldn’t see her when I’m sure my insurance would have paid them what Medicaid had and then some. Nevertheless when I go to set up another appointment so that I can print out a Medicaid card that I can clearly just provide her social for and look it up in the system they act like you are inconveniencing them to do their job. It’s absurd. They are so quick to turn ppl away because no one really wants to work nowadays and it’s sad. Not to mention, today it was literally no one else in the office. They could have been a little more helpful OR since we live in a digital world they could have allowed me to simply email the card. That front office assistant though, they need to rid her of her job there. But then again, what do you expect from Phoenix Blvd? Don’t take your kids here. Find another office in the area. Can’t say I didn’t warn you."

"Most incompetent people I have ever encountered. They are basically holding my son's medical records hostage. I have had his new pediatrician office send multiple request for the transfer of info they always give the excuse of the off manager not being there to do it. I even came in person to pick up the records and they continue to use the excuse of a manager not being available. My son hasn't been seen there in almost 5 years and I have yet to be able to find him a permanent pediatrician because nobody will see him without medical records. It's really annoying. He hasn't been there in 5 years because he was misdiagnosed twice by the doctor one of those times required surgery which was shrugged off."

"I’ve only been here once but the way they keep you on hold is unacceptable. Dr. Arrington was wonderful and I enjoyed the visit but maybe she should consider a front office staff change. If you are unable to multitask then you should not be allowed to work. Needless to say I will be taking my kids somewhere more professional because this old office is just a little too slow for me!!!!"
