"New to the area and my first encounter with the receptionist the black lady name Tanya claims she’s the manager and wife of the Dr very UNPROFESSIONAL AND NASTY. She snatched my paperwork and told me to go complain about services somewhere else be all I said I wasn’t putting my social security number on the paperwork. She stated she didn’t need my business at her establishment and also mumbled something under her breath as I was leaving because I didn’t want to start going back and fourth. If you want my opinion she’s trying to sabotage her husband’s business because it makes no sense to be this nasty to every patient walking through the door. I also witnessed her being rude to the person before me as well. Hope the doctor get rid of her before it’s too late. I would never go to that place again and it also smelled like dog poop in that place.. ITS A BIG NO FOR ME RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN"

"My kids have been going here for years. Honestly, I don't know why my children are still patients here. Dr. Privott is decent, but he's burnt out and should retire. Tonya, who is the receptionist and ex-wife, is extremely impolite and stubborn as a mule! Everytime we visit the office, it takes weeks or perhaps months to get a prescription sent to the pharmacy! I would repeatedly call the office to remind them, and that still didn't help the issue. Sometimes we wouldn't even see the doctor, but instead a nursing assistant. We would end up going to the pediatric ER for things to be handled properly. Furthermore, they are slow with their referrals too! That's unacceptable and they can't be that backed up to not send important medication and referrals in a timely manner. Many other people's experience may be "wonderful", but my experience here was a nightmare! Things change, people change, and so will I. I'll be changing doctors after this fiasco! You've been warned, but proceed at your own pace if you wish to be established here!"
