"She did a procedure on my mother and it was done very poorly. She had a dog running in and out of the room during a sterile procedure. My moms toe has been hurting worse than it did before and she is very unprofessional and seems to not have the experience she claims to."
"Fantastic Doctor! Best situation for calming nerves. Love her puppy great for stress. Very relaxing, didn't feel anything when she removed my toe nail. Thank you Dr and staff."
"I would rate them a 0 if I could. Dr. Castleberry was extremely disrespectful to my mother after she was suffering from a poorly done ingrown toenail procedure that was 100% their fault. Lack of professionalism here is crazy. Dr. Castleberry doesn’t deserve to practice if she doesn’t have basic respect for her patients and accountability for poor procedure."
"THIS PLACE IS AWFUL! I have never given a bad review in my life but this place should be shut down! I have never had such a traumatic experience. The Dr. removed my toenail after me YELLING for her to stop because the pain was unbearable because the anesthetic had not kicked in yet. I screamed that I was going to pass out from the pain and she did not stop until I passed out. There was a DOG LOOSE in the procedure room with the door wide open for everyone to see and hear me scream during my procedure. They also did not send me with an antibiotic or mention one but it was on my aftercare sheet. I am truly scared at what condition my toe is in now."
"I'm not sure of and thus cannot comment about the quality of the services performed, as my wife had visited the office for some minor in-office foot surgery. However, two months later nearing the end of the year, no claim had yet been filed on our insurance. The rather high charge for removal of an ingrown toenail would have been quite helpful when filed, as it represented nearly half of our deductible for the year. I had to call to check on whether they were going to file the claim...something a patient should never have to do. Most offices file claims immediately. This one hadn't filed in two months. I find that unacceptable. Update: The appointment with this office was on Sept 10. I just received notice today from Blue Cross Blue Shield that the claim was filed...today is Nov 28. Again...this is unacceptable. I doubt we'll use the services of this office again."
