"The Spencer Cancer Center is amazing. My first 18 visits there have been very good. All of the staff is friendly and professional. Most of my time has been in the infusion room. The entire team there is the best! Everyone is so dedicated to their job, knowledgeable, helpful, caring and never cranky! This excellent staff and excellent facility have made going through a hard time easier."

"It was absolutely awful! TORTURE! I was placed in a room where the thermostat was broken! It was SO FREAKING HOT! I was sweating and coughing from approx 10:30 PM til around 2:00 am! My nurse was fantastic and was able to FINALLY cool it off enough to sleep using a fan and cooler full of ice! So I certainly question any “results” of my “sleep” study since I more passed out from exhaustion then slept. I was awake from 5:30am until I was able to get some relief around 2 am. OVER TWENTY HOURS AWAKE!!!! I most certainly will not be coming back for another study at this hospital!"

"I would just like to share what a wonderful experience I have had with 2 very impressive specialist. Dr. Lennon at the cancer center and Dr. Holmes cardiologist. Both of these. Dr. Are Amazing. They talked to me so that I completely understood my treatment plan. They actually physically touched me to do a thorough exam. I've seen Dr at UAB that never laid a finger on me n barely listened to me. Not these 2 they listened to my long complicated medical history. They didn't cut me off or dismiss any of my concerns and they actually took all the time needed to talk listen and come up with a plan to treat all my medical concerns. They and all of their staff were so kind friendly and made me feel completely at ease. They also have wonderful sense of humor keeping things light hearted and kept me laughing making a tense situation much less stressful. I couldn't ask for a better team.!!!"

"Everyone that worked there from the office to the Dr. and medical staff was fantastic, very professional and caring. My sister was the actual patient and is a special needs person they really took care of her and had patience. One nurse even held her hand throughout the procedure to help her stay calm and not be scared. They went above and beyond to make her comfortable. Great staff, highly recommend."

"The staff in the er is awful!!! I came to the er on 10/28/23 because for 24 hrs everything I ate or drank came back one way or the other was there for at least 7 to 10hrs with the worst staff ever...fast forward to today 10/30/23 was told by my medical doctor to return to er because I need fluids because I'm severely dehydrated I get to the kiosk to check in the first thing I hear the nurse say I wouldn't come here if I was them I would go to urgent care or my physician lady my physician sent me here tf!!!! They are rude and nasty"
