"In 2019, I had a successful right knee replacement by my orthopedic surgeon, Dr. James Lyle. Immediately afterwards I went to RehabWorks in Opelika on Professional Parkway where I met my therapist Hayden Burch. In about 15 visits she had me back to 100%! In July 2023, I tore my left quadricep tendon completely off the patella (kneecap). Again, Dr. James Lyle successfully repaired my injury but this time I had to have my left leg completely immobilized by a knee immobilizer for 6 weeks before I could start rehab. I went back to RehabWorks in Opelika because of my successful rehabilitation back in 2019 but this time I went to their satellite office at East Alabama Medical Center; it was right next door to where my orthopedic surgeon, Dr. James Lyle, is located. To my pleasant surprise my old therapist, Hayden Burch, was now at this site. This time, with only 10 visits, she had me back to 100%! I’m not going to sugar coat this…REHAB IS HARD and it’s meant to be hard if you want to come back 100%!!! To come back 100% you have got to put the hard work in; not only at the rehab office but at home as well! Hayden and her team had me doing exercises that I couldn’t have done even before my injury! They work you hard but no more than you can handle; they are professional and know what they are doing! I was also given exercises to do at home and I did them religiously! When I was able to get back to the gym they told me what I should and shouldn’t do in the gym! Hayden and her team got me back to where I was before my injury! MY SINCERE HEARTFELT GRATITUDE TO HAYDEN AND HER TEAM AT THE REHABWORKS SATELLITE OFFICE AT EAMC IN OPELIKA!!! I will never use anyone else; they are good professional folk who know their business…give them a try, you won’t regret it!!!"
