"Dr. Walters is truly exceptional. Her warmth and genuine care make every visit a comforting experience. I always feel heard and valued during our conversations, and I never feel rushed."
"I sadly had an awful general first prenatal experience with Comprehensive Women’s care. I did however have a great experience with nurse Jackie. She is kind and very helpful! The office “lost” my blood work for genetic testing and I had to get it drawn twice. I never got an answer for how this happened and they didn’t apologize. Wait times were really long and we usually waited at least 40 minutes after our appointment time to get seen but had one visit where we waited 2 hours! The office as a whole seemed very disorganized. I would have switched OBs sooner but I couldn’t since I was already far into my pregnancy and wait lists for other doctors in my network were long. The on call nurse line was never helpful and they actually seemed annoyed or bothered by my call if I had a question they didn’t know the answer to. Dr. Paccione was personable during the prenatal visits but I didn’t feel great about my birth or postpartum care. I finally ended up switching doctors after my 3 week postpartum visit with Dr. Paccione because it was very bad for me. It seemed like she didn’t look at my chart before the visit because she thought I was on medications I had never taken before and had to be reminded about my birth complications. I teared up during the appointment talking about trouble breastfeeding and was struggling with postpartum depression. She told me that I was “wasting my maternity leave” by being so sad. She also kept telling me personal stories about how she recovered from her c section much faster compared to me and offered no helpful support. I left the office feeling like a bad mom and even more sad than I did before the appointment.I usually don’t post negative reviews if I can help it but really I felt strongly about this particular experience as a patient."
"Do not come here! They don’t care about you or your baby needs. The staff is very incompetent. They don’t answer the phone, they don’t even communicate with each other. I was hospitalized due to them not sending over my prescription after calling multiple times. They put my baby at risk due to their negligence. I left as soon as I could, because I did not feel safe or comfortable with them. I’m so glad they won’t be delivering my baby. Honestly I’m surprised they have a 2.9 rating, it should be lower."
"I’ve been a patient here since I was 15 I’m 21 now. The front desk staff is very rude when you call to schedule an appointment. Last time I went my prescription was never sent to my pharmacy and was never explained to me. The Dr is pretty good but not worth it if I’m not treated well. Go find yourself a better practice"
"Honestly I'm surprised the office is still open with a 2.9 rating .. i have going here since 2021 started with my first babygirl and then had my son . my experience here has been completely horrible every time . The nurses have very nasty attitudes . Their wait time is beyond ridiculous .i would have been left but due to my pregnancy no one else would take me during the times i wanted to leave .. November 29 ,2023 i called about my results . Nurse huffing and puffing as i am talking then i am told that i will have a prescription sent over to my pharmacy. After making a complaint the next day because my prescription was not sent over . i have had to call SERVAL times and still yet no answer constantly being sent to nurses voice mail or .. im number one in queue but they office is to busy to answer. Please dont go here rather it is a regular check up or you are pregnant and checking on your baby and yourself DO NOT Go here to neither locations . Find better care for yourself , your body or your baby ."
