"I must say that a lot has definitely changed from my last visit which was about a year ago. Literally the entire staff has changed. This was a very unpleasant visit. There was no one at the front desk to greet patients at check in. I literally had to knocked on the door just to make sure they knew I was checked in and when the lady came to the door she had an attitude. Then when I was called to the back several people are sittin down but no one speaks. Also how are you an urgent care and have a "No Public Restroom" sign on the bathroom door. So what do sick patients do when they need to rush to the bathroom? Also if y'all are supposed to close at 8pm why is their a sign on the door saying you're closing at 4pm??? They no longer have complimentary coffee, tea and mini bottled water. Just a very unwelcoming atmosphere. On a positive note the Dr was nice and do love how quickly they get you in and out."

"I've never seen a place with less human interaction than here. I understand most things are done via computers but with sick children, you really want to be able to speak with a person to ask questions and not be treated like a cow at a slaughter house. I asked a nurse a question & she said that's a question their receptionist could've answered if the company hadn't decided to get rid of all the position at all of their offices. I've been here before and it's never been as horrible as this time. My family won't ever be back.I definitely noticed the difference between going during the day(9-5) versus going at 6 in the evening. There shouldn't be a difference."

"Dr. Jeremy and the rest of the staff at Main Street, Columbus, GA were awesome as always. I always recommend them to my friends and acquaintances. My great-niece and I received our appointments immediately after online registration. We were examined and tested quickly and diagnosed just as quickly.
